STRATEGY
Laying The Foundation
Every design project begins with the K+K signature strategy phase—a custom built process that is an in-depth look into the soul of your business which will serve as the foundation on which your new brand identity is designed. This brand strategy includes tangible and functional information surrounding messaging, target community, unique selling points, creative direction, and more.

Our Craft Meets Your Story
Within the design phase, our craft meets your story as the vision comes to life through the design of your base brand identity system and supporting print/digital collateral. We know entering the world of design can be like learning to speak a second language. That’s why the Kindled + Kindred client-centered design process centers on collaboration and creativity. During this phase, we’ll walk you through and keep you informed as a valued equal collaborator every step of the way.

STORY
Building Brand Community
At K+K, we know customers don’t simply buy products or services, they buy stories. That’s why throughout your project we explore not only your visual brand identity elements, but how your brand communicates the story you sell and invite your brand community to be a part of through their purchase.

Getting Started
After filling out the client application, you'll hear back within 48 business hours. (M—F) If Kindled + Kindred is a fit for your project, a consultation call will be set up to discuss details. From there, you'll be guided through the studio's booking process. Note Kindled + Kindred typically books out 3-4 months in advance.
How do I get started?
Am I Ready?
Kindled + Kindred typically works with brands 3-6 years into their business journey. It is recommended to have the following in place prior to working with a professional designer to get the most out of your experience: business name, solid brand values, and space to invest time and energy into a brand project.

Timelines
Timelines are estimated based on the project scope. However, brand projects typically span 8-12 weeks. Note these timelines reflect the strategy and full brand identity design process only and do not include print production or web design.
How long do projects typically take?
Budgets
Design quotes are created on a project-to-project basis, determined by the project scope. Before a custom proposal is created, budget and flexible options for payment plans will be discussed on a consultation call.
(Please select a budget range on the client application. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book.)

How do I get started?
K+K typically works with individuals and brands who are anywhere from 3-6 years into their business journey. I recommend having the following in place prior to working with a professional designer to get the most out of your experience: business name, brand copy, and a firm grasp on your values. However, know that every brand, designer, and project is different. Reach out and let's start a conversation!
